To provide one-stop customer service for all communications received from multiple channels - Phone, Email and Chat.
1. Handle queries for DBS India & NR customers (Inbound & Outbound).
2. Kept abreast of all activities and new products being launched by Bank.
3. To consistently adhere and meet contact centre set targets (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery.
4. To complete & meet all customers’ requests within risk, compliance and quality standards on time.
5. To adhere to professional standards of behaviour & conduct in dealing with customers & employees
Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. To answer all phone enquiries from customers on banking products, accounts and services in an effective and efficient manner.
2. To understand customer’s needs and provide solution / attention to them.
3. To fulfil customer requests, ensuring total customer satisfaction.
4. To demonstrate strong work commitment and work ethic.
5. To identify cross-sell opportunities and to cross sell to customers
6. To solicit customer feedback
- Gather customers’ feedback and identify problem trends
- Highlight them to TM & OM for discussion & improvement actions
7. To adhere to schedule of work & be available for deployment at short notice when on standby.
8. Able to work shifts (inclusive of night shifts periodically).
(1) Excellent Communication skills, good writing skills
(1) Experience in Indian Banking industry
(2) Basic understanding of RBI Regulations
